We are actively involved in R&D to develop Paulownia as a more versatile material for both structural and non-structural applications in construction.

We are working on exploring binding materials, special glues as well as impregnation of special substances

Our ongoing collaboration with partners is aimed at exploring fresh fields and applications for our current and forthcoming products. Our dedication to knowledge sharing guarantees mutual triumph.

We maintain close relationships with renowned educational institutions and government agencies, such as the Architect Faculty of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (MTIB), and the Forest Research Institute Malaysia (FRIM), to elevate product quality and satisfy customers.

Furthermore, we engage in collaboration with international players hailing from Vietnam, Finland, Singapore, Thailand, Germany, and Australia, among others. We are constantly in search of new partnerships to continually enhance our products and services.

Quality Control

Our company places a strong emphasis on product quality, and we achieve this through comprehensive specification checks and quality control (QC) processes. Our rigorous QC process ensures the grading, uniformity and durability of all our plywood and wood-based products, providing our customers with consistent and reliable results.

We are dedicated to meeting industry standards and maintaining the highest level of quality in all our products, giving our customers confidence in the products they receive. Our quality control processes also extend to the selection and suitability of the glue and chemical used.

We are also developing our own data system to enhance the natural characteristics of our wood products, resulting in improved stability, density, and appearance.

Compliances

Our unwavering commitment to responsible manufacturing is reflected in our pursuit of certification from the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) and the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).

These esteemed certifications attest to our sourcing of wood from sustainably managed forests, including our exclusive use of Revotropix Paulownia wood supplied by our sister company, Green Afforestation International Network Sdn. Bhd. (Gain Green).

In keeping with global trends and international standards, we are actively exploring the possibility of obtaining ISO compliance for our factory.
